We are a free service, established in 1985, to recruit, select and train volunteer visitors to support the blind and visually impaired. Our home visiting scheme helps the visually impaired residents of Bexhill maintain their independence

Our Volunteers

Our volunteers help the substantially visually impaired maintain their independence and relieve their social isolation by enabling access to the community.

Through our network of volunteers, we offer regular visits to clients once a week, to help with a variety of tasks made difficult by sight loss.  The help we give typically includes facilitating outings or assisting with correspondence.
